Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders for Rothco products are processed within 3 business days. The processing times of other suppliers range from 5-7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are based on our experience with our suppliers and will be maintained accordingly. Any shipping charges not included in the sales price will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note that some products ship from outside of the US. In such cases, the Worldwide shipping time would apply to products shipped to US destinations. Organic mobile phone cases from Germany, for example, ship in 1-3 business days to German destinations and in 8-14 business days to US destinations. In that case, the Worldwide shipping time is no longer than many Domestic times for products shipped within the US.

Once processed, most orders ship in 1-2 business days. Certain items may be shipped separately and have different delivery times. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. PT will ship Tuesday.

Shipping Rates for Rothco Products (tactical gear)

Rothco has recently charged shipping fees ranging from $24.00 to $32.74 with little correlation to product size, weight or price. The Shops absorbs a portion of this fee on behalf of our customers.

Shipping Rates for Other Products

The shipping rates for other products vary. Many ship free of charge. Wherever possible, The Shops passes on the supplier’s actual shipping charges. The following fallback shipping rates are used for products which, for whatever reason, are not included in this shipping rate pass-through policy. The fallback rates listed here are shown per order in US Dollars (USD).

International Shipping Policy

Except as otherwise indicated in the product listing, The Shops ships all products internationally with the exception of Rothco (tactical gear), which we only ship domestically as indicated above.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

When your order is processed and a tracking number is available, we will send tracking information to the email address you provided us at checkout.

Customs, duties, and taxes

The Shops collects and pays sales tax automatically in accordance with applicable laws and is not responsible for any additional customs or taxes applied to your order. All other fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, import/export taxes, etc.).

Damages

The Shops is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please collect and save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
